Noah Bender

I grew up in California's Bay Area (go Warriors!) and found my roots in performing theatre and improv in high school. I am a 2020 grad of Emerson College's inaugural BFA Comedic Arts program, focused on comedy writing, production, and performance. I love all forms of comedy, mainly the TV narrative half-hour. My dream is to write and develop TV shows with silly but relatable characters and escapist themes. I'm heavily inspired by British comedy and the works of creators like Michael Schur, Rowan Atkinson, Tina Fey, and Larry David.

Apart from writing, I co-host and produce the theatre interview podcast "TheatreWorld with Xandra and Noah,"  perform as Spiderman and other superheroes at children's parties, and Emcee and DJ Bar/Bat Mitzvahs.

My other obsessions include tap dancing, the musical Cats, and the post-NBA life of Shaquille O'Neal.
